Location: Dubai Description: Job Title: Senior Real Estate Manager (Retail) • AED 32,000 Plus Benefits • Ref: 921809 Charterhouse are working with one of the market’s largest retail franchise operators who provide full retail solutions from development to operations and maintenance. Our client is building on the internal team, creating various positions within asset management and real estate across numerous GCC locations. As a Senior Real Estate Manager, you will be accountable for the facilities component of the retail property function. This will include new store opening plans, site selection and budgeting. You will be the primary contact with designers and will manage the selection process of contractors and suppliers to effectively achieve facilities and maintenance work within approved budget and timeframes. To be considered for this position you will have over seven years experience managing retail or F&B assets performing in a senior real estate capacity. You should understand how to develop operational plans whilst managing execution and measuring results. You should also have a western qualification from a reputed university along with a sound knowledge of the market trends and experience working with prestigious international retail brands.
