Full-time Marketing Assistant at Charterhouse Partnership

Location: Dubai Description: Job Title: Marketing Assistant • AED 10,000 – 12,000 Per Month • Ref: 922190 Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team and provide support on a daily basis. You will handle all administrational tasks including travel arrangements, flights and hotels. You will also be involved in promoting the business, dealing with events, locations and services as well as communicating these events across the region. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers. Other roles include arranging all marketing and ensuring regulatory requirements are met. You should have experience of organising key speakers by taking care of their itinerary and travel arrangements. The successful candidate should be a team player with a good work ethic. You should be flexible and contactable when there are events and promotions taking place. You will have integrity, be committed and have confidence in your abilities. You should have a background in marketing and be western educated.
