The role of the Talent Attraction Specialist is to proactively identify and source top talent across the business unit, with particular emphasis on our United Biscuits and AB InBev accounts.
You will also be responsible for building pipelines & communities for sector / segment specific “Business Critical “roles to deliver increased business value. You will be ultimately responsible for being the subject matter expert for the business division in which you are sourcing when it comes to attraction. You will focus primarily on the passive and semi passive market, building relationships with top talent from across your industry

About the Role
This is a truly hands on role. You’ll be working alongside our Seasonal Ride Coaches in a designated area of the park, whilst delivering exceptional guest interaction and care as well as achieving high ride throughputs. It’s not just about the fun stuff though. You’ll also need to make certain that you adhere to our high company standards with regards to ride area cleanliness and health and safety.
As you would expect with this type of operational role, flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business and hours will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. We are currently looking for candidates that can work 5 days out of 7 a week up until the end of our season in November.

A small to medium sized Building Services consultancy situated on the outskirts of London in Surrey has a vacancy for an Intermediate to Senior level Mechanical De! sign Engineer. The consultancy has two offices in the South East region and works with clients in five key sectors - retail, commercial, residential, transport and leisure.
Due to an increase in their workloads in 2013 they are now looking to add an experienced Mechanical Engineer to their M&E design team. You should be a qualified Engineer to either HND or Degree level and have previous experience of delivering mechanical / HVAC design solutions in the building services industry. For this vacancy you'll be required to not only carry out mechanical design duties but travel to site regularly to conduct surveys and meet with clients and contractors. You should also have experience of relevant software such as Hevacomp, IES and AutoCAD. It is essential that you have a valid driver's license and can provide your own vehicle for business use.
The consultancy is will to offer a basic salary of between £35k and £40k per annum in addition to a benefits package. !

About the role
You will supervise the day-to-day operations of our Admissions area within the Park, taking responsibility for a key area and leading a team of staff committed to giving our guests the most full-on, fun-filled experience first impression possible. You will support the Admissions team on a rota basis to be the departmental leader, ensuring waiting times are kept to a minimum and resolving any issues that may arise. You will be responsible for company property, keys, equipment and promoting Annual Passes and other ticket packages.
This role requires working full time 5 days out of 7, including working weekends and Bank Holidays to meet business needs. We are looking for someone that is available to work full time over our Summer period (28th June - 3rd August) and over our Fright Night! s period.
About you
As an ambassador for gre! at customer service and a strong team player you will have had a good deal of experience working in fast pased environments.
You may have worked in a leadership role in the past or perhaps this is your first opportunity to step up, however you will be known for always being up for a challenge, taking on more responsibility and supporting others. You’ll always be on top form displaying role model behaviours for the team in the Merlin way! Previous supervisory experience would be a definite advantage however not essential as we shall support you to build key leadership skills through shadowing and on the job training.
You will need a flexible, adaptable approach to your work, ‘can do’ positive attitude, act ‘Guest’ first and be a team player.
