Education Qualification: 1. Scientist/Engineer-SC (Urban Planning) : A. Essential Qualification : Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning with basic qualification of graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture from any recognized Indian University or College. B. Desirable Qualification: Two years working experience after Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning. 2. Scientist/Engineer-SC (Agriculture & Soils) : A. Essential Qualification : Master’s degree in Soil Science with B. Sc (Agriculture). B. Desirable Qualification : Specialization in Penology/Soil Physics and 2-3 years research experience on soil processes modeling Pay scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 (PB-3) + Grade Pay 5400/- per month.
