The brokerage offers a range of non-investment life insurance products to a varied customer base. Due to expansion they are now seeking experienced Telesales Consultants. The role of our telesales consultants is to maximise the income per lead and close the deal in a one call process. As a Telesales Consultant your duties will be as follows: Contacting customers by telephone on receipt of warm, third party generated leads Overcoming customer objections Fact finding, qualification and maximising sales in line with the sales process Closing the deal in a one call process Ensuring a high retention rate and solid compliance record Maintaining the customer database, ensuring total compliance with Data Protection Act and FSA regulations Skills and Experience: Significant telesales experie! nce, preferably in an outbound call centre Financial servi! ces experience is desirable Significant experience of working in a targeted environment Educated to GCSE Level, with A-C passes in Maths and English IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel The ideal person will be money motivated, a strong closer, who is happy to spend the majority of their day on the phone.
