About the Role This is a truly hands on role. You’ll be working alongside our Seasonal Ride Coaches in a designated area of the park, whilst delivering exceptional guest interaction and care as well as achieving high ride throughputs. It’s not just about the fun stuff though. You’ll also need to make certain that you adhere to our high company standards with regards to ride area cleanliness and health and safety. As you would expect with this type of operational role, flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business and hours will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. We are currently looking for candidates that can work 5 days out of 7 a week up until the end of our season in November. About you It could be that you’ve worked in a customer service role before, but far more important than any experience you have will be the personal qualities you bring. We’re looking for bright, bubbly, hard-working people with bags of personality and heaps of initiative.
