JKPSC AE Recruitment 2013 Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) Invites Applications on prescribed form from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State possessing the prescribed academic qualification and age for the posts of Assistant Engineer(Civil) in PHE/I&FC Department. Detail of Vacancies :- Assistant Engineer (Civil) - 41 Posts Age Limit :- Age as on 1st January 2013 : Minimum = 18 Years Maximum = 37 Years, Physically handicapped candidates = 39 years, Candidates belonging to RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC categories = 40 years In Service Candidates =40 years Ex-serviceman= 48 years. Pay Scale :- pay scale of Rs. 9300 – 34800 Grade Pay=5200 plus Allowances as admissible under rules. Educational Qualifications :- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering (Civil Engineering) or AMIE Section (A & B) India (Civil Engineering).
