Holders of educational qualifications included in part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-Section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Post Graduate degree/diploma in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule-VI of the Central Health Service Regulations, 1996 Experience: At least 03 years experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post-graduate degree 05 years experience after obtaining post graduate diploma.
