About the Role This is a truly hands on role. You’ll be working alongside our Seasonal Ride Coaches in a designated area of the park, whilst delivering exceptional guest interaction and care as well as achieving high ride throughputs. It’s not just about the fun stuff though. You’ll also need to make certain that you adhere to our high company standards with regards to ride area cleanliness and health and safety. As you would expect with this type of operational role, flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business and hours will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. We are currently looking for candidates that can work 5 days out of 7 a week up until the end of our season in November. You will be responsible for company property, keys, equipment and promoting Annual Passes and other ticket packages. This role requires working full time 5 days out of 7, including working weekends and Bank Holidays to meet business needs. We are looking for someone that is available to work full time over our Summer period (28th June - 3rd August) and over our Fright Night! s period. About you As an ambassador for gre! at customer service and a strong team player you will have had a good deal of experience working in fast pased environments. You may have worked in a leadership role in the past or perhaps this is your first opportunity to step up, however you will be known for always being up for a challenge, taking on more responsibility and supporting others.
