• Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Braille Short hand Instructor (Hindi) should possess Good Bachelors Degree and through knowledge of Bharati Braille, Hindi Braille shorthand speed of 80w.p.m and for the post of Civil Engineer candidates should possess BE in Civil Engineering  with three years relevant experience.
• Age Limit : Should not be above 30 years of age for Braille Short Hand Instructor (Hindi) and not above 35 years of age for Civil Engineer
