Our existing client is seeking to recruit a regulatory and Compliance Analyst to join their team in order to supports the on-going relationships between BG and all carbon providers under the Energy Com! pany Obligation (ECO), ensuring a smooth transition from carbon claims to payment. You will be responsible for : - • Managing Third Party Experience; open system records on chosen systems (e.g. eTech), and ensure timely and accurate processing of daily uploads to calculate payments. • Exception Handling; where anomalies arise from the process, work closely with the partner to understand and resolve. • Payment of valid claims; progress claims to a stage where invoices can be raised and payments made. Support in the reconciliation of any repayments or ad hoc arrangements that need to be fulfilled. • Technical Monitoring; ensure the appropriate monitoring is completed and reported to Ofgem as part of the ECO obligation. • Sampling Channel Audits; support the policy of additional voluntary checks - selecting, visiting, collecting documentation and reviewing and reporting on their compliance, to give the company and its! auditors the comfort that ECO carbon is eligible. ! Ideal candidates will need the following: • Experience of working within an industry / company underpinned by a complex regulatory framework. • Proven track record of working in compliance and or intricate processes. • Experienced in developing policy and process, and their subsequent application. • Exposure to end to end management of third party submissions, data checking and exception processes • Microsoft Office and SAP invoicing system and SQL reporting skills required. • Energy industry experience desirable. Knowledge of RdSAP calculations and their application in insulation and heating measure. - .
