candidate must possess the minimum qualification of a Degree in any discipline
from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such
by Central Government.
For Specialist Stream a candidate
must possess the minimum qualification of Degree in the relevant discipline
from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such
