Maintenance Training Manager – Farah Leisure

In this position of Maintenance Training Manager, you will oversee the development of the internal training program for both the Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld Maintenance Departments. You will evaluate both departmental wide training needs as well as individual personal development training for all individuals within the respective maintenance departments. You will also develop the necessary training plan to meet the necessary business needs of the Company and individuals within a theme park environment up to and including all necessary certification from all aspects of the maintenance departments including facilities, audio and visual, lighting, rides and electrical power systems. You must be well versed in maintenance and training as a direct correlation to both.
