Are you recruitment professional looking for a rewarding position? Are you

recruited foster carers or social workers? Then we would love to hear from you?
This is an exciting opportunity to do a worthwhile job and really make a
difference. We are looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Professionals to manage
foster carer recruitment within specific areas. This will include
travel within the region; therefore a car owner driver is
essential in return you will get a car an attractive salary, a car allowance as
well as petrol/ travel expenses where appropriate.
You will need to be computer literate and have an eye for detail as you will be
responsible for
tracking applications and maintaining a
database.
The successful candidate will need to have first class interpersonal skills, to
liaise with social workers and foster carers of all levels. Additionally you
will need excellent influencing skills for both internal and external people.
You should have a recruitment background ideally foster ! care
recruitment/social worker recruitment.
The ideal candidate ideally will have volume recruitment or marketing, to be
able to manage this process, recognise suitable media and events as well as to
attract the best candidates.
You will need to have the personality to influence potential foster carers, to
ensure that the best foster carers are recruited to provide the necessary
support to children and young people.
Candidates require great communication skills to attract suitable foster
carers, as well as good research and marketing skills.
